Do you love to make? I don’t think there’s any nicer way to show someone you care than to make something from the heart especially for them! When you do it yourself you can personalize your design with the recipients favorite colors and embellishments.

My mom loves flowers – when I was little I’d pick her bouquets of wild violets or dandelions. She made a fuss over each offering making me feel like the best daughter ever. Now that I’m older I can buy roses from the florist.. but I know these hand stamped beauties will be just as appreciated!

I stamped the Brushed Birthday Greetings in bright bold colors – yellow, orange and red. This is a double stamp floral with coordinating dies. I adhered the roses with adhesive foam tape to add dimension. The leaves are adhered directly to the layered background.

I wanted the background colors to compliment the flowers so I cut the Avalon Frame layers in white, yellow and orange. I added a simple sentiment from the Sending Love clear stamp set. I love the mixed fonts together.
