Celebrating Birthday Cards! | By Desiree Kuemmerle

Hello Everyone and Welcome Back!

We love to use our Pattern Papers as our background for our card and sometimes we struggle making sure our focal point stands out as well!

Today I am going to show we can accomplish this! By choosing colors in a different hue of the colors in our background our focal points are sure to stand out and celebrate!

We usually start out with our die cutting, for this project lets look at our background papers and choose out colors for our die cuts! Once we have our colors chosen we can start by getting our die cutting and layering out of the way.

Our cards are set onto a slimline panel with a neutral mat for our frame. The frame mats were cut to 4 in x 9 in and we do not need to cut our papers from the memory box Slimline pattern paper pad.

Once set we can start having fun playing with our set up using our focal points and our sentiments! To help have our balloons stand out I chose a back sentiment set on a vellum background!

With a little bling with gems on our balloons, the celebration can start!

Hope you enjoyed today’s project!

Make sure you stay tuned for more wonderful projects coming soon!
