    Hello, Birch Press fans! Toni here with you today with a glorious holiday card. Isn’t the Splendid Poinsettia die set absolutely stunning?!

    It was so easy to create this detailed bloom using Distress Oxide Salvaged Patina, Peacock Feathers and Uncharted Mariner with just a touch of Mustard Seed on the stamen. Gor-ge-ous!

    For the card base I added a layer of double-sided tape then carefully positioned the Herbarium Plate Layer A on top. I then burnished Doodlebug Design Lily White Glitter into the openings with my finger. It’s messy to apply but the tape secures the glitter really well.

    I glued down the poinsettia next (love it so much!), tucking in a few Oval Leaf Branches Contour Layer sprigs among the leaves.

    I added the rather retro Holiday Hugs sentiment, opting to use only the outline so some of the glitter would show throught. You can’t have too much glitter!

    Hello, Birch Press fans! Toni here with you today with another fall-inspired card. Yay, fall!

    I used the Adornment Pumpkin dies as separate dies rather than using the outline die to create an impression. So clever to be have such a versatile die in the package, right?!

    I sponged the Memory Box Cream Woodgrain cardstock with Distress Oxide Salvaged Patina and Uncharted Mariner–love that “glow.”

    On top of that I added the Enchantment Plate Layer A in a stone cardstock that I distressed with a sand eraser.

    I love the softly colored Memory Box Vintage Pastel 6×6 Mirror cardstock I used for the pumpkin and sentiment. By the way, I added a bit of shading to the cardstock using my Copic airbrush with G17 and R32.

    Hello, Birch Press fans! Toni here with you today sharing an autumnal card featuring a nature scene.

    I sponged the card front with Distress Oxide Salvaged Patina which I spattered with water, Copic Opaque White and a touch of Distress Oxide Salvaged Patina Spray. The base is a weird cement-type color which I let show through on the bottom of the card.

    Next I cut out Forest Canopy Layer C and Memory Box Deer Trio which I airbrushed with the above Copics. I used regular alcohol you might find in your medicine cabinet to create the mottled effect on the deer layer.

    I had originally planned to emboss the Kind Hearts sentiment on vellum but really wanted the scene to be seen, so to speak, so embossed directly on the card. Fortunately, it worked well, even the part on the leaves. Whew!

    Hello, Birch Press fans! Toni here with you today all geared up for fall, my favorite season when the nights are cool, the days warm and the leaves are changing.

    I cut out and impressed the new Adornment Oak Leaf from a sturdy white cardstock which I sponged with Distress Oxide Mustard Seed and Lumberjack Plaid. Check out the detail on those leaves–just amazing!

    I spattered the leaves with water and Distress Oxide Festive Berries, Vintage Photo and Carved Pumpkin sprays.

    I arranged the leaves on the Memory Box Cream Woodgrain card front, tucking in a few Hillside Branches. I used a bow leftover from last year’s holiday cards (look at me using up leftovers!).

    The sentiment is from the Memory Box Gracious Floral set stamped in Versafine Vintage Sepia.

    Hello, Birch Press fans! Toni here with you today sharing a bold floral card using the new Large Cosmos and Curved Leaf Branch Contour Layer dies.

    I used Copics to color up the Large Cosmos layers because I wanted a striated look. I used Distress Oxide Rustic Wilderness and Mowed Lawn to sponge the Curved Leaf Branch.

    I cut a couple of the Curved Leaf Branch and split it up behind the Large Cosmos. I used the negative of the die as a stencil on the background which I diecut with the Pinpoint Contour Plate.

    I added a smidgen of Distress Oxide Salvaged Patina to the top of that panel so the Sugar Script Sentiments 1 really pops.

    Hello, Birch Press fans! Toni here with you today. I love, love, love the new release. The Forest Canopy Layers dies I used here are especially amazing! I’m crossing my fingers we’ll see a layered birds release someday.

    I used Layers A & B which I sponged with Distress Oxide Vintage Photo, Mowed Lawn and Rustic Wilderness and then added limb shadows with Distress Ink Ground Espresso.

    I chose not to use Layer C so that more of the card based sponged with Distress Oxide Salvaged Patina would show through.

    I added the berries super easily with the included dies which I cut from Memory Box Sunny Orange 6×6 Paper. You know how I love that orange and aqua color combo!

    I finished the card by adding the Sugar Script Big Hugs cut from gold foil cardstock with a white underlayment.

    Hello, Birch Press fans! Toni here with you today sharing a tropical thank you card. I guess I’m feeling the summer weather big time!

    I started the card by cutting out some Phlox Blooms Contour Layers from Memory Box Berry Red and Sunny Orange 6×6 Paper. I added some Copic airbrushing (G09, G14, YR09, and R39) shading to the blooms.

    I cut the Curved Leaf Branches from white and also airbrushed them.

    For the sentiment I used gold with the Thanks Sugar Script Hot Foil Plate & Die, adding a black shadow diecut beneath. Notice how the bloom centers are gold too? Shiny and glam are being served today!

    Hello, Birch Press fans! Toni here with you today sharing a card that’s perfect for PRIDE month or any occasion really.

    I cut out a bunch of the Jovial Blooms & Leaves Contour Layers in Copic-friendly cardstock and colored them up with a bunch of bright colors. I thought about sponging but really wanted bright.

    I adhered those to the bottom of the card front which I had cut from the Pinpoint Radial Plate. The curves of that reminded me of a rainbow. I added a few clouds and sentiment from the Rainbow Days (with dies) set with the bold Sugar Script Big Hello on top.

    Hello, Birch Press fans! Toni here with you today sharing a rather tranquil thank you card. Such a calming, spa-like color palette, don’t you agree? I don’t use a lot of blues but, man, this combo is one I love.

    I started the card by cutting out the BPD Dazzle Mini Frame Layer A in a sturdy white cardstock and adhering it to a linen textured card front.

    I cut the Sylvan Berries & Leaves as well as the Jovial Blooms & Leaves Contour Layers out of Memory Box Stormy Blue 6×6 Paper and kraft cardstocks.

    For the sentiment, I used the Thank You Noted Script Hot Foil Plate & Die with Spellbinders White Glimmer Hot Foil. It’s very subtle, both in coloring and nestled amongst the leaves.

    Hello, Birch Press fans! Toni here with you today sharing a card suitable for a patriotic birthday (in the US), congratulations, retirement or even an invitation to a Memorial Day BBQ.

    This card was so easy and fun to make. Who doesn’t like spattering and shiny things?

    I started the card by cutting out the Piped Icing Star from a blue cardstock which I had embossed with a simple linen-type pattern. I then spattered the surface with Copic Opaque White (for stars or confetti).

    Next I cut out a Linear Triangle in white which I positioned so that it created a striped background for the red foil cardstock beneath to peek through.

    My final touches included adding the Let’s Party Sugar Script sentiment and a sprinkling of shiny star sequins.
