I hope you’re having a great day! This month we’re sharing projects made with the new release, and we have lots of giveaways too!
Today I’m sharing a sparkly card made with the Lumina Layer A die! That’s the giveaway for today too!
This effect is as easy as one two three! First I cut the Lumina A die from a panel of white card stock that I attached a piece of packing tape to. The tape prevents the die from cutting all the way through. I used the cut lines as a guide to color in the panel with Copic Markers.
Next I applied an even coat of Deco Foil Transfer Gel. This gel is unique because it dries completely clear.
Lastly I layered a completely cut Lumina A die and adhered it to the wet panel before sprinkling it with ultra fine crystal glitter.
After the assembled panel was dry. I shook it off and added another Lumina A die cut over the first one. This isn’t necessary, but it adds a little depth to the design.
A Lingo Type Thanks sentiment completes the card. I cut it from black and white card stock, and then assembled the pieces. This left me with TWO completed Thanks word sentiments. One for today’s project, one for another day.
Now for the part you’ve been waiting for.

Beautiful colourful and sparkly design Jeanne. What’s with the comment function on your blog?? I tried commenting here the day this post went live. I wasn’t allowed. I have tried numerous times. Today I finally commented on the peacock post but it won’t let me comment more than once before it locks me out. I commented on the first two this week no problem. By the look of the number of comments you had on the peacock post maybe other people had problems as well. I replied to the news email you sent and asked about this but no reply. WordPress blogs are a nightmare.
Just wondering if you have announced the winners of the blog hop anywhere yet? Thanks!
