Hello, Friends! Today I am sharing this card featuring the new Pimpernel Contour Layers die set with a vintage inspired color combination. This card is part of our current Instagram Hop! I started my card by dry embossing the Flora Plate Layer C die onto a panel of teal card stock. I then inked up part of the panel with some darker teal ink in order to create a glow in the center. I splattered the panel with gold paint and then adhered it to a parchment colored A2 card base.
I used the Pimpernel die to cut the two main parts of the flower from a light orange card stock. I inked the top layer with a darker orange ink and then inked the edges of the bottom layer with white pigment ink to create a bit more contrast. I used gold foil card stock for the small middle piece of the flower, the top layer of the leaves, and the “hello” sentiment. To give the flowers even more dimension, I used a stylus tool and popped them up on foam tape.

Hello and welcome back, friends! Dee here today sharing this fun and vibrant card featuring the new Flora Layer Plate and Big Sugar Script Hello dies!
To begin, I cut the Flora Layer Plate dies (layers A and B only) in white, then layer A once more from a background I created with acrylics sprays. For this, I used Dina Wakley Gloss Sprays in rainbow colors for a quick and easy vibrant background! I then stacked and adhered them together and onto an A2-sized top folding card base.
I die cut the sentiment from the Big Sugar Script Hello in gold glitter cardstock and and the coordinating shadow layer in white, adhered them together then onto the center of the card!

Hello, friends! Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday and is ready to ring in the new year! Dee here today sharing a card that features a few of my favorite dies and some colorful stripes! Let’s get started!
To begin, I cut the String Art Frame die and adhered it onto an A2-sized card base. Next, I die cut the Dazzle Mini Frame layers, adhered them together, then adhered 1/8” strips cut from multiple colors of cardstock (trimming off the excess). To finish the panel, I adhered the striped frame over top of the base, covering the circle.
For the sentiment, I die cut the Big Sugar Scrip Hello in white and the shadow in gold and adhered them together then onto the frame.

Hello, friends! Dee here today to share this fun, geometric hello card!
To begin, I embossed a piece of A2-sized black cardstock with the Memory Box Ringadings 3D embossing folder. Next, I cut the Starburst layer die (layers A, B, and C) twice, in white, and adhered them together, forming two stars.
I cut both stars in half then adhered them around the edge of the black embossed panel. Next, I ink blended a small piece of white cardstock in rainbow order, then cut it with the Big Sugar Script hello die. I die cut the shadow in silver glitter cardstock, adhered it behind the rainbow hello, then adhered the completed sentiment to the card with foam adhesive.
As a finishing touch, I added some iridescent sequins and mounted the card onto a top-folding base. I hope you that enjoyed reading more about how I created this card! Thanks so much for joining me today, friends!
Hello crafty readers! This is Design Team member Crystal Komara here with you today sharing a couple cards made using the beautiful Pumpkin Lacework stamp set and coordinating dies. This is probably my favorite stamp set from Birch Press Design, so just like the old expression “if the shoe fits, buy it in every color”, I decided to stamp it in every color! Now the question is, do YOU prefer the more traditional orange/brown pumpkin, or do you like the blues and purples?
So, let’s take a look at the most conventional card first. It’s beautiful and elegant heat embossed with gold embossing powder and then colored using Copic markers in brown, oranges and yellows. It is very traditional, warm and earthy.
But, now let’s step outside-of-the-box and try the same exact card simply using a different color pattern. Does it still emit fall vibes? I think so!
Card details:
Each of these A2 cards were made using all the same dimensions and products, I simply alternated some colors. The base of each card is made from 80 lb. Neenah Solar White Smooth cardstock. I matted a 5″ x 3 3/” piece of white woodgrain cardstock with a coordinating piece of blue, purple or brown cardstock from the Ocean Blue, Vibrant Violet and Earth Neutral 6 x 6″ paper packs. I cut 5″ x 1/4″ strips of ombre colors from these same paper packs and diagonally lined them up along the card alternating with 1/4″ strips of gold glitter cardstock from the Twinkling Jewel Glitter 6 x 6″ pad.
I stamped the pumpkins and stems using the Pumpkin Lacework stamp set. I stamped the image in Versamark ink on white cardstock and heat embossed it with gold embossing powder. I used the coordinating dies to cut the pumpkin and stem out. I colored the pumpkins with Copic markers and then adhered the colored pumpkins to the card with 3M foam adhesive. I stamped the tag in coordinating colored cardstock in Versamark ink and heat embossed it with white embossing powder. I adhered the tag to each pumpkin and added linen thread for extra dimension. Lastly, I cut the sentiment “thanks” and “hello” from white cardstock using the Thanks Sugar Script and Hello Sugar Script.

Welcome back, crafters! Dee here sharing a card that combines the Arista and the Pinpoint Radial plate dies for a clean and simple geometric design! Let’s get started!
I began by cutting the Pinpoint Radial plate die with white cardstock, then die cutting Layer A of the Arista layering dies four times – once in white and three in different colored cardstock. I stacked all four together, offsetting each one, and adhered them together for a kaleidoscope effect, then adhered it to the center of the Pinpoint Radial background.
To finish, I cut the Big Hello Sugar Script die once in colored cardstock and once in gold, stacked and adhered them together (offset), and adhered it to the background. For a little extra shine, I added gold embellishments to the center of the Arista circle!
Hi Everyone, It’s Renee’ from Delaney Jane Cards here. I had the opportunity to play with the String Art Circle Collage die and created 3 different cards showing just a couple ways you can use this really fun die.
The first card I created was simply die cut from a piece of deep blue cardstock from the Ocean Blue 6×6 Paper Pad. I ink blended a couple of oxide inks over the top to give the front panel an ombre look.
To further the ombre feel I added fairy jewels to the larger openings in three different shades of blue, using both the pastel and brights Fairy Jewels. And I stamped the simple sentiment Hello in the center of the center circle from the Rainbow Days Lingo Notes Stamp Set. I adhered down that inner rim of the circle and popped the panel up with foam adhesive to create some cool dimension.
Cards two and three were created at the same time but look drastically different. I used the negative cuts from the String Art Circle Collage die to create this card here, featuring the Proud of You sentiment from that same Rainbow Days Lingo Notes stamp and die set. I added foam adhesive to the larger of the shapes, so the outer three rows. The inner two rows were adhered directly to the card front as was the center circle.
This created a super cool textural feel to this very sleek card.
Card three was created from a deep toned rainbow blended panel. I cut two additional panels with the String Art Circle Collage die cut in the same exact position so I could stack them for a bit of dimension. I splattered the background with shimmer spray and some plain water drops.
Hi There, it’s Tracey back today with a couple of cards that are perfect to send out to someone that you have been missing throughout the pandemic!
I began by cutting two each of the Tranquility Layers die set using white heavyweight cardstock. I usually save this cardstock for my card bases. However when I want the main die cut image or sentiment to really stand out I do use the heavier weight cardstock.
I cut one die from the Tranquility Layers die set through a 5 1/2″ x 4 1/4″ panel of white cardstock. Then I taped the panel to another panel of the same size with low tack tape. This creates a well for the die cuts for blending colour on to them.
I glued each layer together before I added colour to them, I usually do the gluing after but I am trying something different. Starting with Layer A, the one with the largest openings, I set the die cut into the well so that it doesn’t move around while I blend colour on to it. I kept the centre in place when blending my colours. You could do the centres in a completely different colour but for today I am treating it as a whole. I started with a very light hand blending a rainbow of pink, red, peach, yellow and green on a diagonal. I used Distress Oxide inks.
Next I moved Layer B into the well and did the same colours this time putting more colour down but still not heavy handed.
Finally I put Layer C into the well, this is the die cut that has the smallest size of holes. I used the same colours but I put these on with a heavy hand to really show the depth of the colours.
This is what my stencil well looked like after blending. then after I removed the top panel! To pretty to toss away. Can you see that while I was blending over the layers that it created another image on the bottom panel under the well. We will get to that later on. I will set it aside for now.
To finish out this card I glued the three thick layers together and the results are gorgeous. The double thick die cuts add so much more dimension. Thanks Jennifer McGuire for the tip!
I cut a 5 1/4″ x 4 1/4″ panel using Radial Pinpoint cover die as a background for my mandala. Next I cut the Hello Honey Script die three times with heavyweight while cardstock and glued it together. I did not use the shadow, only the word. This will sit in the centre of the mandala. Before gluing everything down I stamped the sentiment “I miss seeing you’ from the Brush Sentiments clear stamp set on the bottom right corner of the Radial Pinpoint cover die. I added a few Pastel Fairy Jewels to finish it off.
I didn’t think I was going to use the panel that underneath my well, but it was too pretty not to use. what happened next was an embossing mistake I think all of us have made at one time or another. I had my plates mixed up in my sandwich and instead of embossing over the image I cut it with the Layer A die and all the teeny tiny pieces! I was too far into it now to back out, so I put a piece of double sided adhesive paper on to the back of the die cut to pick all the pieces up together. That worked great but now the front of my die cut was surrounded by adhesive. Out came the scissors and I fussy cut around the outside of the die to get rid of it. Then I put the mandala onto a panel of cardstock that was a bit smaller than the card base, added a sentiment also from the Brush Sentiments clear stamp set and added some Bright Fairy Jewels.
So the process yielded two beautiful and yet similar cards. Thank you so much for joining me today and crafting with me. Have a fabulous day.
I thought this embossing folder was reminiscent of blowing wind so I thought it was a good backdrop for this fun watercolored rainbow, especially on this polished foil paper.
I used the coordinating dies to cut out the rainbow as well as the hello and even the clouds. A very versatile set for sure! Can you imagine adding a cloud or two to a sweet little scene with these? I cut them from glitter cardstock, from the frosted glitter pad but imagine the possibilities!!!

Oh, before I forget, I finished the rainbow with these beautiful gems called Fairy Jewels in the Brights collection. These were absolutely perfect for some shine and I was able to follow the curve of the rainbow.

This is Crystal Komara here with you today sharing two cards using the Torus Ring Die by Birch Press Design in monochromatic colors to create some cheerful greeting cards. I’ll admit that I didn’t love this geometric shaped die initially, but after creating these cards, I’m now giving it a second chance!
The base of this A2 sized card is made from 80 lb. Neenah Solar White Smooth cardstock. I die cut just Layer Plate A from the Viola Layering Plates out of white cardstock and adhered it directly to my card base using Lineco ph bookbinding glue, my go-to liquid adhesive.
I die cue the Torus Ring outline from white cardstock. Using the second small die in the Torus Ring set, I die cut various pieces of blue paper that I adhered behind the white frame. I adhered the entire Torus Ring to the card with 3M foam adhesive for added dimension. For the sentiment I used the Big Hello Sugar Script die. This is a two-piece layering word die that creates a shadowlike effect. I die cut the large base layer from white cardstock and the top layer from blue cardstock. I adhered both layers together with liquid glue and then adhered the entire sentiment to the card using 3M foam adhesive.
I added the word “hello friend” from the Ticker Tape stamp set. I stamped the sentiment in blue ink and fussy cut the block outline. I adhered this sentiment below the word “hello” with 3M foam adhesive.
I die cut the Torus Ring outline from white cardstock. Using the second small die in the Torus Ring set, I die cut various pieces of pink paper that I adhered behind the white frame. I adhered the entire Torus Ring to the card with 3M foam adhesive for added dimension. For the sentiment I used the Big Hugs Sugar Script die. I die cut the large base layer from white cardstock and the top layer from pink cardstock. I adhered both layers together with liquid glue and then adhered the entire sentiment to the card using 3M foam adhesive.
I added the word “thank you” from the Ticker Tape stamp set. I stamped the sentiment in pink ink and fussy cut the block outline. I adhered this sentiment below the word “hello” with 3M foam adhesive.
